EasyHeartCheck Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

EasyHeartCheck is provided by Epibatai Corporation, a Delaware corporation, United States (“Epibatai”, “we”, “us”). Contact: admin@epibatai.com. Registered office: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, United States.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing or activating a license, or using EasyHeartCheck, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Nature of the service

EasyHeartCheck provides software-based recording, analysis, information and trend-management functions. It is not an emergency service and does not replace a physician, professional diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Do not rely on it for urgent or life-critical decisions. Seek qualified medical care for symptoms or concerns, and contact emergency services when appropriate.

4. Accounts and information

You must provide accurate information, protect access links and credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for ensuring that your phone and other equipment meet the stated compatibility requirements.

5. Licenses and permitted use

A license grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the applicable EasyHeartCheck functions for the license period and permitted devices shown at purchase or in your account. You may not bypass activation controls, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, resell access, interfere with security, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Prices, payments, renewals and cancellation

Prices, taxes, license duration and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Any automatic renewal will be disclosed during checkout and may be cancelled through the available account or support process before the next renewal, subject to the terms presented at purchase.

7. Digital delivery, refunds and withdrawal rights

The EasyHeartCheck software license is delivered and activated digitally on the user’s compatible phone; no physical product is supplied or returned. Refund, cancellation and withdrawal rights are governed by the terms displayed at checkout and mandatory consumer law. Where applicable law permits a statutory withdrawal right for digital content to end after performance begins, this applies only after the user has given the consent and acknowledgment required by that law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, maintain, suspend or modify the service. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some functions may depend on compatible hardware, browsers, networks or third-party services.

9. Intellectual property

EasyHeartCheck, its software, designs, content, trademarks and related rights belong to Epibatai or its licensors. These Terms grant only the limited use right described above.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, subject to applicable law. When a license expires, access to licensed functions may end. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Epibatai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the law of their country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
